Why should I choose Sterling Green Card cover for my trip to the Balkans?

The Balkans takes its name from the Balkan mountains and is a region made up of EU and Non-EU countries. So if you’re planning on driving to, or around the region in your own vehicle – then you may want to explore Sterling’s Green Card Insurance.

A Green Card is documented proof a British motorist has adequate insurance cover for the country they are driving in, whether it’s an EU or Non-EU country.

It is currently optional for driving through the EU, the European Economic Area (EEA) Andorra, Serbia and Switzerland. However, it is likely to become compulsory if Britain leaves the EU without a Brexit deal.

So if the Balkans is on your travel destination bucket list, definitely call us and we can help you with the appropriate insurance.

We can access various insurance providers to find the best deal for Green Card cover. Your vehicle must be UK-registered and we can arrange travel documents before your departure.
